Post the steps in English in this forum and describe in English what happened when you did the steps.
To make it easier, here are the steps. Copy them into your reply and note the results after each step:
Here is a video showing the process:

"Doesn’t work” doesn’t give us much to go on. That is the ONLY way to recover the phone, so you need to get it to work if you want to use the phone. Please list every step in that link that you perform and what happens after each step. Include any error messages or error codes.
It sounds like you have a very slow connection between the Internet and your computer. The phone will only allow 15 minutes for the download to complete. You may need to find a faster Internet connection, or look for things that are slowing it down. If you have an antivirus on your Mac try disabling it temporarily. And also try restarting your Mac. And thank you for the very detailed description of the steps you followed, you did exactly right.
On your computer go to speedtest.net (or download the speedtest app from the Mac app store) and run the test, and report the results.
Do you have an antivirus on your Mac, or a so-called “helper” app that claims to make your Mac run faster?

In that case, it’s time to visit an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Center. Let them assess the iPhone and advise you how to proceed.
As you feel you know more about it than I do there is no point in my continuing in this thread.
