my iPhone is disabled I have to connect to iTunes and my phone not responding I can't put the passcode and didn't recognized my faceID

Post the steps in English in this forum and describe in English what happened when you did the steps.


To make it easier, here are the steps. Copy them into your reply and note the results after each step:

  1. Make sure that your iPhone isn't connected to your computer.
  2. Press and hold the Side button and one of the volume buttons until the power off slider appears.
  3. Drag the slider to turn off your iPhone.
  4. Then connect your iPhone to your computer while holding the Side button.
  5. Keep holding the Side button until you see the recovery mode screen.

It sounds like you have a very slow connection between the Internet and your computer. The phone will only allow 15 minutes for the download to complete. You may need to find a faster Internet connection, or look for things that are slowing it down. If you have an antivirus on your Mac try disabling it temporarily. And also try restarting your Mac. And thank you for the very detailed description of the steps you followed, you did exactly right.
