Uninstall Cleanmymacx

So I made the mistake of installing Cleanmymacx about a year ago and just got an email to let me know it will automatically renew in a week. The problem is, I don’t have the option to cancel. I can’t remove my payment information and the option to cancel isn’t on the subscription managers page. Of course there are multiple options to renew or purchase more products. So they are ripping me off and I cant figure out how to fix it. They are shady and making it almost impossible to cancel. They are con artists.. anyone been able to cancel and if so,how?
