Iphone 13 pro max speakers

I think my phone bottom speakers have water damage. I dont have apple care, how much would it be to get fixed by apple? And do anyone know any cheap but trusting places to get it fixed if Apple is too expensive?

About splash, water, and dust resistance of iPhone 7 and later 

Water and other liquid damage to iPhone or iPod isn't covered by warranty 

If you need service, take it to an authorized service location for evaluation. It shouldn't cost anything to check it:
