Contacts widget showing private and sensitive information

In the contacts widget, when I select a contact, other apps are listed with a link to “search in app”. These suggestions are related to that person (or at least search that “name” in other apps, for example it shows entries for “tomorrow” for a contact named Tom). Calendar, files, messages, reminders, shared links, photos, music, all of these appear under the contact. It is annoying to see all of this show up here but what angers and disturbs me is that private and sensitive information is displayed here, such as a link to a pdf of a birth certificate as well as entire Day One journal entries with that name. How do I get all of those to not appear for a contact in the contact widget?
