Hotstar payment issue

For Hotstar I had taken Rs 399 VIP plan. I upgraded my plan Rs 899 Super Annual plan. The amount was deducted from my UPI bank account. However, my Hotstar account still show the plan as Rs499 /year. But Rs 899 has been debited from my account. So i am not getting the facilities of the 1099 plan. When i contacted Hotstar team, they told that they cant do anything about this as we have subscribed for the plan through iTunes. So please let me know what to do next.

Sure you have received an invoice from Apple.

Tap on Report a problem on the invoice.
