App Store download

I am trying to download an app called my view and at first I was unable to find the app on the store cause my phone country/ region was set to polish and it wasn’t on this store, so I changed it to uk and the app is now on the store but it won’t let me download the app cause my account is not valid on the uk store how to I change or fix this to download this app. Thanks for any help.
