Trouble with Apple connect app

I can’t connect or login on the app Apple Connect. Says this below

Contact the developer account holder you’re working with. If you are trying to access App Store Connect with your own Apple ID and that Apple ID is enrolled in the developer program, contact app store support. If you were invited, make sure whoever invited you has set up your account as an admin.
