Safari won't open. rebooted, restarted...still will not open.

any ideas as what is causing this?

Thank you for your response.

I disconnected from the internet and no change.


I also created a new admin account as you instructed, shut down and restarted. Logged into new admin account and no change Safari will not open.


Every other program I have is working fine...download Firefox and Chrome - both work fine.


Any thoughts?
