While a link maybe helpful.. Please consider posting an actual answer to the question posed, not just some generic response. After traversing about 7 different screens from you link, I am back to square one. Your answer was not helpful and lazy. If you went to a doctor and they told you to just google your symptoms on the medical website, would you be happy with that answer? You are supposed to be a level 10 expert. So act like one. Thank you.
We are all other users here and, unless we can test your probem on our own device, we are supposed to link to an appropriate Apple support article.info. We do not work for Apple and this is not the "doctor's office" (Apple).
So, I recommend that you contact actual Apple support - link is in upper right corner. As volunteers, it may be that we do not have an answer.
The answer is no. Years ago wifi backup to a computer was available but it seems to have been eliminated when iCloud backup was added.
I myself never found wifi backup to a computer to be reliable.
