Can't add passes or tickets to Apple Wallet

Been trying to add tickets today to wallet but nothing happens using firefox browser

Does it help if you attempt to add the tickets through a different browser?

We'd like to set your expectations. It is also possible that the merchant or the company that issued your ticket does not support passes in the Wallet app.

If you are certain that the merchant or the company that issued your ticket support passes in the Wallet app, we recommend that you check for a software update.

While it isn't inherently assured that an update will resolve the issue, updating to the latest software version for your device can help isolate potential software issues. 

Kindly secure a backup and update.
