Removal of esim

I had a problem where Verizon couldnt get my number trasfered for a couple days so they gave me a temp number. I got my original number fixed and put on the phone, then I deleted the esim of the temp number. Even though it shows its deleted and no longer active, it still shows that it was on there. Along with another entry for primary that doesnt have a esim attached to it. Can I remove that entry and the one primary entry completely so it only shows my current sim which also says primary?
