The phone is on hold

Hello, I didn't update because I didn't have it. I had a lot of photos, so I bought an additional 200gb. The phone will turn on to the screen, then when I enter the code, a black screen with a spinning circle appears on the phone. Unfortunately, I can't rip photos, because I only have a laptop with windows (and not ios as the system asks).

locked SOS mode screen dark and locked Accidentally set off SOS mode while trying to rid a distortion on my iPhone 11 by turning it off. Was able to turn off phone using vol. buttons and the side button. New IPhone 16 Pro Max stuck during set up Just received my new 16 pro max, the iphone is now stuck on the hello screen. swipe up to enter passcode appears for half a second then disappears. have forece restarted multiple times and have restored the phone twice through my windows pc and still nothing, perplexed at the issue here
