When I try to install any app it has a pop up for Apple Media services terms and conditions I push ok a d it sends me to the terms and conditions page to agree when I do agree it has a pop up that says There was an error please try later. I'm not able to use my phone for any app

No Success?...
Do as instructed and try again later.

This did not resolve the issue for me. I've looked this up online and it appears to be a known issue, but I cannot resolve it. Any other solutions?
