apple media services terms and conditions have changed

i get the following notification when i try to download apps, "apple media services terms and conditions have changed.i agree to the terms then get"there was an error please try again later" what do i do?

iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 16

You need to have a good Service & Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.


Try again, see -> If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services

If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support

-> If you tried all of the above steps and you still can’t connect, contact Apple Support.
