I just set up my new iPhone with the e-sim and everything, and it set up with supervision of my dad's business. I went to erase it, and it wouldn't let me erase the iPhone, so I erased the Esim. I want to set up from my old iCloud without supervision. how do I do this?
Managed devices can only be removed by the organization. Your dad’s company IT department would have to remove the device management

Your father needs to disable Screen Time on the himself. There is nothing that can be done on your end.
