iPad denying access to Lowe's website

On my iPad, I’m getting access denied to Lowes.com in Safari, Chrome, and the Lowes App? Are there any fixes? Any help would be appreciated. on Safari and Chrome and the Lowes App.

Access denied error I have the American Eagle app but recently I can’t access it or the website using Google nor Safari. I keep getting Access Denied you don’t have permission error. I have cleared my history on my iPhone didn’t help the situation. Can anyone help?

That website is working just fine for me in Safari.

Using 2016 iPad Pro running iPadOS 15.7.
