Pop up iCloud message
When I go to my text messages there is a message that pops up at the bottom of the screen. I have never seen this before.

Some background activity, such as file synchronisation and backup, can only be performed while the iPad is connected to WiFi and its Power Adapter. The banner that you see merely informs you that the current background activity cannot continue until these conditions are met.
