Unable to update an app on my iPhone
i have apple iphone XS I am unable to update my (MY DISK) app. Any help?

I don’t see an app with that name in the US app store.
Contact the app vendor.
If this is one of the various “secret vault” apps (guessing here, given the other apps that show for that search), some of those have disappeared at iOS updates, and the data may or may not be recoverable, and accessing that data will usually require some reverse-engineering, or easier an older device with an older iOS version and with an older copy of the app is not also available.
