After updating my iPhone 11 pro to IOS 16.0.3 my phone has had a lot more bugs than usual. For example, it has been lagging and freezing when I go to iMessage and other apps and I've also felt my phone heating up when doing simple tasks. I have also never had any of these problems before updating to ios 16.0.3.

Have you restarted the phone since the update? You might also try a Forced Restart, no guarantee but worth trying...

I have tried and the phone seems to be somewhat better now thank you for responding
I will wait and see if I have any more problems
