If I set up my new iPhone without signing into an Apple ID, will I be able to use Safari?

I know that I will be able to call and text without signing in to an Apple ID, but will I be able to use the browser too?

So if I just want to use my iPhone for calling, texting and Safari, I can comfortably do that without signing in to my Apple ID at any point?
