Pending purchases

Whenever I purchase any in-app purchases, I takes money from my card but the transaction says pending and continues to try and take money, what do i do?

iPhone 11, iOS 16

everytime i put in more cash it takes money from me for purchases i already payed for :(

That seems impossible.

If you've already paid for something, and it's being charged again by Apple, then click Reprot a problem on the 2nd invocie.
