Confirm purchase never works

Yes sounds like it's a Two-Factor Authentication issue. When that used to happen to me, I would go and purchase the movie from my iMac or Macbook. Then go back to the AppleTV and play the rental or purchased content. I know that's a cheap workaround but I know how it can be. To this day I hardly purchase on AppleTV because of that.
