Photos Memories feature can’t save video in 60fps

After adding a couple of pictures and videos (60fps) to a new album and clicking on the ‘Play Memory Video’, the Memory is created perfectly, but after doing ‘Save video’ option, the videos inside the memory are converted to 30fps and are very lagy.

Can Memories be saved in the same fps and format as it was created and shown on my iPhone? (Btw I already used the Options for selecting the original format and Portrait orientation)

Current iOS version: 15.5

Video playback too fast in photos app Attempting to watch any and all videos in the Photos app, however they are all sped up 2-3x faster than originally recorded. Photos won't play videos on my iPhone 15 Pro that I've taken I opened Photos on my iPhone 15 Pro and was trying to watch a video that I had recorded a couple of weeks ago. When I open the video, the pause button is available, but the video doesn't play. I can click on the pause and then click play, but nothing. I try to scroll through the video and only see the original frame. If I click the edit button, I can scroll through all of the frames of the video. The videos play on iCloud.com. They also play in Photos on my MacBook Pro. Everything was working the last time I tried to play the videos a week or 2 ago. I even tried recording some new videos, but they won't play.
