Starting up the MacBook Pro. The pop-up appears and immediately disappears. Is a local device connecting with my MacBook Pro ?

1. In the upper left corner, click on the Apple Logo > System Preferences -> Sharing
2. Look for "Media Sharing" in the left pane
3. If checked, the firewall prompt should pop up
