Website (YouTube) scaling issue(s) in Safari M1 macpro13”

I have a minor scaling issue with YouTube. It's not scaled correctly to the setting that I set it to. This only happens when I open it in a new tab

(Like putting the url in/opening it from bookmarks. When I open a new YouTube tab coming from another YouTube tab, it doesn't occur). I have my display resolution scaled to max option . Any fix for it ?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.6

First, we want to make sure your macOS is fully updated to 12.6.1. the latest update includes something specific for Safari that may very well resolve this issue.
