When I send a picture text it doesn’t go through . Why ? This just recently started 4 weeks ago up in Frisco Tx . Last week I got a new sim from Dallas , everything worked fine . I’m 5 hours away from Dallas & now I can’t send picture texts . Why ? I know I get messages that states my server isn’t connected ( have pics ) why ? What’s wrong with this phone & Verizon ?

These steps should help ensure MMS is working so that you can send and receive picture messages. If it continues, contact your carrier to ensure your service is set up correctly on their end.

Thanks for following up. If you haven't already, we recommend that you reset your Network Settings. Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This step can reset cellular settings and connection. This will also reset Wi-Fi networks and passwords, along with CPN and APN settings you've used before.

Hi Thanks I’ve done all that . I even went into Verizon & they are clueless. My non iPhone friends can’t get pictures. It’s the weirdest thing .
