How can I show the title and caption on a photo when I export it from iPhotos

If it's for someone with a Mac, then Preview is good since it's already there. If you File>Export the photo, you can choose to include location, title, and other metadata. When that is opened in Preview, use Tools>Show Location Info>i>IPTC
Not elegant, but functional.
Another option you have for pictures with captions is to use File>Print and choose the contact sheet.
You can print from 1 to a bunch per page, each with captions, file names, titles, or whatever you choose. If you want digital, then in the print dialog you can choose "Save as PDF" (rather than actually printing on paper), and you will get something that you can put in emails or texts, etc., like I did here.

I'm not asking the right question. Can you export a photo from iPhotos on an MacAir that will show the caption as text under the photo or can you put a text box in the photo and add text that can be exported with the photo ?
When you export a photo from Photos with "File > Export > Export ...Photo", you can use the option to use the title as the filename. This will allow you to see the title in the Finder as well.
The title and caption are entries in the metadata of the image. You'll need to use an app that offers these display options.
