How can I get more signal on iPhone 14 Plus?

Just got a brand new iPhone 14 plus. There are 4 bars on top right…..for cell strength. I only have 1 bar sometimes 2 bars……….how can I get more signal?

Poor Signal Strength Since Installing V18.3.1 I live in a marginal signal strength area, usually getting 1 or 2 bars on my iPhone 15. However, since installing V18.3.1 software update, I always get the "SOS Only" indicator. My wife's iPhone 8 gets the 1 or 2 signal bars. What's the deal with the software update? Poor signal strength iPhone 14 pro for some reason my iPhone only has had 1 bar for a number of days now. Nothing works to change the signal strength and I don’t want to reset my iPhone and have to redo all settings….my husbands iPhone 12 also only 1 bar…..what is the problem?
