Worth to update Iphone 13 to ios 16?

Hi, i am currently on ios 15.7 on my iPhone 13 and i am getting good battery life and have no issues. Is it ok to update to ios 16. Is there any issues still present in it? Is it ok to update or continue in ios 15.

I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max and it is on iOS 16. I am not experiencing any serious issues. The decision is entirely yours.
