Q: How do you safely restore an Admin's original Account name & Home directory? (w/ two admins)

On Apple M1 iMac, macOS Monterey:

Admin2 renamed Admin1's User Account name and Home directory.

Admin1 can log in to renamed_Admin1 using old PW. But everything is gone and Admin1 has lost direct access to their original files and cannot restore open tabs on Chrome and Safari. Admin1's original downloads and files can still be found on /Users under the original Admin1 username.

How can Admin2 to (safely) change back Admin1's Account Name and Home directory?) (to ask differently: how can Admin1 (safely) regain access to the original open tabs, files, folders, etc?)

iMac 24″, macOS 12.5

The " Owner Account of this computer "  has that privilege to add, remove, upgrade or downgrade accounts. This would include adding more Admin Accounts and / or downgrading an ADDED Admin account

Set up users, guests, and groups on Mac

Normally the " Owner Account  " is the very first Account used when the Computer was Very First Setup as New and out of the box.

Adding additional Admin Account can be done there after.
