Molecular Docking Software

I want to work on Molecular docking for this software named AutoDock Vina is needed. Here the glitch is I can't able to install this software on my mac air m1. Kindly let me know if anyone will be able to sort this thing out. Thanks with Regards.

“Minisopuru USB-C Dock” for iMac Does anybody have experience using the “Minisopuru USB-C Dock” for iMac (see photos)? Specifically, does anyone have experience using the NVMe slot built into this Dock for additional SSD storage? I’m specifically interested in whether all M2 / NVMe SSD drives are compatible with this peripheral and how well the dock itself works with the M1 Silicon iMac. Also, is heat build-up within the drive enclosure a problem? I ask this because the dive enclosure (when used as the manufacturer suggests) sits in between the Dock and the “foot” of the iMac. Any advice is appreciated!
