I have a problem about my airpods pro 2nd. When I was started to call while airpods in noise cancellation mode, the ambient sound is coming my left pod during whole calling time. When I finished the call, the sound has gone. It's like left pod is going transperancy mode and noise cancellation mode the call from started to finished. Anyone else same problem?

Hello m_bayrakci_93, It sounds like you don't have a good seal on your AirPods. Have you tested the seal?

Hello m_bayrakci_93, By chance do you have Noise Cancellation with One AirPod turned on? Check Settings > Accessibility > Airpods > NOISE CONTROL. Slide OFF.

The only thing else is have you checked your microphone settings on the AirPods when connected? See if adjusting to the left makes a difference when on a call.. If no good then time to ask APPLE on this. Sorry.
