How to remove Toshiba migration software from Mac Book Pro
I used the migration assistant to transfer files from my old Toshiba Laptop to my new MacBook Pro. I now want to delete the software but can't find how to do that.

Trying to understand your question but as far as I know PCs (especially older ones) don't have a Migration Assistant. Migration Assistant (as you name it) is built into macOS (you can't remove it) and is what you use to transfer data from a PC (or other Mac) to your Mac. Perhaps that is what you really meant? If it is then, as already mentioned, you can't remove it.
Once you've verified all the data you want has been transferred over from your PC you can safely delete it from your PC - assuming you want to?

Thank you for your response. Yes-you are correct about the migration software process flow. The only really problem I have is that I literally now have a Toshiba logo on my Mac Book Pro Home Screen and don’t know how to hide or delete it. I have transitioned all the old files into folders but can’t figure out how to loose the Toshiba logo on my screen.
