Why do I get original unedited photos in My Photos screensaver feed on my Mac OS Monterey? Wasn't a problem with Mojave

I use My Photos as the screensaver for my Mac OS Monterey. I keep getting original unedited photos appearing. With Mojave that was not a problem. It's aggravating after spending time to edit photos for the original unedited to pop up. How can I prevent them from showing up?

Sonoma Screensaver: No show of photos from Photos App In the Sonoma OS Release I miss VERY MUCH the Screensaver showing my (randomly appearing) photos from the Photos App media library. During short breaks in front of my Mac, I thoroughly enjoyed the random images from my wonderful life. An older Screensaver version was even much better, because it was possible to stop the flow of pictures and scroll them back for review an identification. APPLE, please give me a hint how I could get back this function!

Unable to delete photos on my MacBook Pro Photos app I selected a bunch of photos I want to delete from the Photos app on my Mac. When I right click, the choice I'm presented with is "Remove 27 photos from (null)" and when I select this nothing happens. How do I fix this? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
