Hello Ghostys,

Are you able to open up the Photos app > Library tab > Edit and select the photos you wish to use, then the share icon to set it up as a wallpaper? These steps are provided here: Personalize your iPhone Lock Screen - Apple Support

Tip: Alternatively, you can add a photo directly from your photo library to your Home Screen and Lock Screen. In the Photos app , tap Library, select a photo, then tap the Share button. Scroll down and select Use as Wallpaper, tap Done, then choose whether to show it on both your Home Screen and Lock Screen.

If you are trying to edit an existing wallpaper, it may be limited to a specific number of photos you can use.

In case this wasn't helpful, are you trying to get multiple photos as a wallpaper or on the Lock Screen? Which iOS version are you using? Are you able to deselect photos and then add others? These answers will help us to narrow the issue down further.

Let us know if that helps out, take care.
