My mom lost her phone and she can’t find it she doesn’t have any other Apple devices to track it down

Using any web browser on any computer log in to https://icloud.com/find, chose the phone from the list and click on it.

Any other device (even a Windows PC) can be used. She just needs to use a browser to go to iCloud.com and log in with her Apple ID and password. Then her iPhone should be listed.
