mail not loading images

Version 16.0 (3696.80.82.1.1) and both are OS Monterey. I also double checked the privacy and view settings in Mail's preferences, and they match. But one won't show the images. Why would this be? (Disclaimer: I didn't create these signatures so am unsure of their logic)

for Monterey Mail issues— try disabling all these bells & whistle and compare your results:

Open mail app select Mail>Preferences>Privacy disable:

“Protect Mail Activity” /

“Hide IP address” /

“Block all remote content”

I am having the exact same issue. I tried everything recommended above and still did not fix.

My business partner and I use the exact same setup and his works totally fine. Signature Hound, Gmail, and Apple Mail.
