mail not loading images

Hi - recently our work email signatures stopped populating the images for our logo and social media icons. But when viewed from another device, the images are there. As an example, the below is a side-by-side comparison of an email. BOTH emails are being viewed in Version 16.0 (3696.80.82.1.1) and both are OS Monterey. I also double checked the privacy and view settings in Mail's preferences, and they match. But one won't show the images. Why would this be? (Disclaimer: I didn't create these signatures so am unsure of their logic)

for Monterey Mail issues— try disabling all these bells & whistle and compare your results:

Open mail app select Mail>Preferences>Privacy disable:

“Protect Mail Activity” /

“Hide IP address” /

“Block all remote content”

We did try that. I had a thought:


Our autosignatures are HTML based, and our hosting company recently moved our site to a new server. Maybe the code is no longer pointing to the correct location. Can someone help me figure out how to get the autosignature and look at the HTML? When I look at the email signature how I normally might, its mime encoded.
