Haptic feedback making noise when it is turned off for both silent and ring mode when connected to Bluetooth?

I am experiencing a bug. Gotta be a bug. When I highlight a message to copy/paste it and am connected to Bluetooth, the haptic feedback noise happens. If I disconnect my Bluetooth headset, it doesn’t make the noise. I have the sound turned off for ring mode and silent mode in the settings and it still makes noise when connected to Bluetooth and it’s coming from the phone, not the headset. This is high key annoying.
