SMTP settings and outgoing mail

I have 5 email accounts on my phone and one is an IMAP account hosted at Ionos. When I set up my new phone the email settings didn't come over so I had to re-set up my IMAP account. Problem - although it looks like the SMTP info and SSL info is correct - the email address shows up twice in my "From" account list and the emails will not send. I deleted the account and it goes away but when I set it back up it shows up twice again and still the same situation.


New iPhone 14 pro and updated to current software.
