I have a MacBook Pro, Mid 2012, running Catalina v 10.15.7. Will I be able to upgrade my OS to Big Sur or Monterey??

I have a MacBook Pro, Mid 2012, running Catalina v 10.15.7. My MacBook has 2.3 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7, 4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 and Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB. Will I be able to upgrade my OS to Big Sur or Monterey??
