Broken App groups on IPAD Os 16
Does anyone know how to fix this? I could re arrange my apps but that takes time and I already got used to this configuration.

There is no way to fix this.
If your iPad is coming from some other iOS/iPadOS version prior to iPadOS 15, things have greatly changed.
You will have to rearange all of your apps and app folders manually, now, to get your iPad back to your own Home screens/apps organisations.
This happened when iPadOS 15 introduced the ability to put app widgets any where you want on any Home screen of your iPad.
