apple tv with spectrum tv app

The spectrum tv app when played thru the apple tv is playing different channels than when using the spectrum tv app with my iphone or i ipad. How to fix it?

Issues with spectrum app having issues with the spectrum app on Apple 4K TV. I’m connected to my home network but I can’t pull up most channels like I can on my iPad/iPhone/personal computer. I’ve reset my Apple TV multiple times along with unplugging both my tv and Apple TV for 60 seconds and plugging back in and it still doesn’t allow me to access all the channels. I reached out to Apple about HDCP issues on some apps as well (have to reset and unplug tv and Apple TV everyday to get apps to work). I’ll be sending my Apple TV in to get looked at/repaired.

Spectrum App I can't change channels on my Spectrum App while using my Apple TV 4K box, the Apple box does allow me to use Netflix and Amazon Prime without problem bur once I open the Spectrum app I can get the guide and see the first page of channels but can't navigate to select a channel.
