MacOS Ventura and iCloud+ error

Hi,

I've installed MacOS Ventura onto my 14" MacBook Pro and it's telling me my iCloud is full and I need to upgrade. However, I have an Apple One subscription and 2TB of storage so I can clearly see it's not full.

None of my other devices are saying the storage is full (iPhone, iPad Pro) and I've tried to step through the upgrade wizard using the same account that I hold the subscription with and it errors out.

Is this a bug, has anyone else seen this?

It shows me as having an iCloud+ account with 2TB storage - if I manage the subscription is shows me as being the owner and sharing the storage with my partner, with plenty spare.

If I click on the storage is full message I get the option to upgrade but if I try to follow that through it asks me 3 times to login (without actually presenting a login window) and then takes me back to the upgrade page.
