MacOS Monterey and Ventura 13

Hi, I just updated my mac OS monterey and I realized that it became a ventura 13! is it normal?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.6

Ventura 13.0 is the latest macOS version so if you upgraded, it would be normal.
