External USB-C monitor is not working after update to Ventura

Hi, my m1 Mac Pro can't see any more the external monitor (LG 32UN880) and is not charging too. I am using USB-C cable.

Tried to reboot in Safe Mode, but it didn't solve the issue.

Everything was working fine on Monterey.

Monitors are usually not USB-C except for adding peripherals that are USB-C. Monitor ports that connect USB-C to the computer use thunderbolt-3 or 4 cables which have a lightning bolt on their connector to indicate they aren't just USB-C. If missing such a cable, order some from http://www.macsales.com/ as those handle power for monitors much better.
