Can’t download shows/movies on streaming apps even though I have enough space.

I have 19 Gb available on my iPad. When I try to download shows/movies on a streaming app I get denied… or it happens to download it disappears in a matter of hours. In storage it says that I still have the media downloaded BUT when in the app it is no where to be found. Any information on how to resolve this?

  1. Close and reopen the app.
  2. Restart your iPad.
  3. Check for available app updates and apply them.
  4. Remove the app and reinstall it.
  5. If the behavior continues, click the link at the bottom of that page to find information on how to contact an app developer.


If you see an error message when trying to download or this also happens with purchases or content from Apple or from iTunes, let us know.
