I reseted the phone to give away and all data to delete

hi. I gave my son my old phone and I accidentally deleted everything on the phone to activate his google account to that phone and all my pictures were deleted can I get them back

some photos missing after transferring from my old phone to a new one so i recently changed from iphone 13 to 15 and i backed up my phone right before i signed in to my new one. and i thought i finally got everything(photos, contacts, messages, notes,etc). but i was looking for a certain photo, and when looking through my photos i see all pictures that were taken after april 2024 all the way to before January 2025 are missing. like completely gone, no where. i was bomfuzzled and i don’t know what to do because my brother took my old phone and already restarted it so i can’t even get them back like that. i don’t know if they’re stuck in icloud still or what because it’s been a week since i transferred. what do i do?

Old phone and new phone Hi everyone, I just got my new iPhone 15, and she is a beauty. On my old iPhone 11, I have about 4000 photos of my kid from the last 5 years. They are synced to the icloud. Now I turned on my new phone and it asked to take over settings from my old phone. I said yes and now it is exactly like my old phone (apps, photos etc). I have logged in to the cloud with this new phone and set it as my main phone now. I also took out the simcard and put it in the new phone. Now I want to give away my iphone 11 but what can I do with all these photos? If I delete them from my iPhone 11, will they be deleted from the cloud? Do I lose everything? Since it's pictures of my child and all our memories, I want to make absolutely sure I can reset the phone.

Not if you deleted them, no.

if you have a backup of your device or sync with iCloud, your pictures should still be available by restoring the backup or syncing with iCloud
