My iPhone SE came without a torch

When I went in to Control Centre, the Torch has a red icon not green and only option is to remove!! Please help

Flashlight icon missing I recently purchased an iPhone 8 but found out that the flashlight icon is missing. I checked the Control Center and it is there, but there is a red circle beside it, and when I touched that it only gave me the options to remove it which I didn’t do. Please help!

The included screenshot indicates that the “torch” shortcut is indeed already in the Control Center.
